These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from the Decorative Decals website. By ordering goods from Decorative Decals you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

Please note that this page is only an example of terms and conditions and should not be relied on as a complete statement of the law. To understand your rights and obligations fully, study the relevant law or consult a solicitor.

Accuracy of content

Decorative Decals has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.  The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.  Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down.  The correct price will be shown on your delivery note.  All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. For full details of our delivery charges please refer to our Delivery Services and Charges section.  In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and other legislation.  Similar rights may apply for some international deliveries.

International Delivery

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK.  Decorative Decals reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.

Purchases will be made in pounds Sterling.  International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.

Decorative Decals products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.

Returns

You may return any item within 10 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. If you return items after this time we may refund only the current or last selling price of the item to you.  Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be refunded unless they are faulty.  

Statutory Rights

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

Offer Order Codes

Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Decorative Decals, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Links to other websites

We have placed links on this website to other websites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Decorative Decals cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.
